- Network/Computer Login
- On your first login, you will have to enter your username, it will be your firstname.lastname this will save as the default profile after your first login, so you don’t need to enter it the next time you login
- Your computer password is set to our current default password; it will prompt you to change it to one of your choice after your first login.
- Your computer will send out a notification to update this password every 120 days.

- Email Login
- Similar to your computer, your email login will have the same scheme of firstname.lastname@kgtruck.com
- Your email password is set to our current default password; it will prompt you to change it to one of your choice after your first login.
- Password restrictions for email are as follows (8 characters long minimum, at least one from each of these categories, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, special characters)
- Cannot contain words relating to trucking (i.e. trucks, mack, volvo, hino, isuzu) or relating to local sports teams (i.e. bucks, badgers, brewers, packers etc.)
- Your computer password will expire and prompt you for a new one every 120 days.
- If you need a password reset, please reach out to IT
- Procede/Excede Login
- Your username is your Kriete User ID
- Your password is currently set to our default, it will NOT prompt you to change it on login, so please make sure to do it manually after logging in.
- To do so, go to the Help tab in the top left and hit New Password to update it.
- **For Technicians your timeclock is in Procede, and the login for it is the same as to Procede itself.
- Decisiv Asist Login
- Your username is your new kgtruck email address
- On your first login, please locate the email from Decisiv Asist in your new inbox that contains a password reset link.
- If you do not see a password reset email please reach out to IT to have it resent
- If you need a password reset after your first login, there should be a ‘forgot password’ button on login, or you can reach out to IT and we’ll send a new reset email.
- TDP Login
- The username follows the following scheme tdpID#@ext.volvogroup.com, so for example, M123456@ext.volvogroup.com the first half is your TDP ID# tied to your profile
- For your password, your first login will come from a password reset email from TDP. It will have you reset it after your first login, TDP has strict password restrictions and can be glitchy when telling you if what you entered doesn’t work, so please make sure it matches the following specifications
- 14 Characters long, at least 3 of the 4 from the following categories (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters) and cannot contain any words relating to trucking (i.e. trucks, volvo, mack etc.)
- TDP does not provide a lot of admin access on our end so resetting passwords is done on your end for this site. When you follow the ‘forgot password’ link there are detailed instructions on resetting it.
- TDP is also rolling out MFA for all users, this will be set up on your first login. It will likely prompt you to get it set up, if not you can follow this link https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
- At this stage please make sure it’s logged into the email you enter into TDP and not your kgtruck email, you may need to click your profile icon in the top right, and hit choose another account if it is only showing your kgtruck email.
- Then on the left-hand side, choose Security Info, hit Add Sign-In Method and then choose between Authenticator App or Phone text/call
Please note: TDP has only just recently updated their login process to include MFA so there may be some bugs or errors that come up, please reach out to IT and we will help you!
- Vonage Login
- Your username is your kgtruck email address.
- On your first login you will follow a New User email link to the sign in page where it will prompt you to create a password.
- If you need a password reset, please reach out to IT
- VPN Login
- To log into VPN, first open the Cisco Secure Client AnyConnect VPN application on your computer
- The username for your VPN will always be the same as your Computer username, they are tied together
- Your password will be 3 things together, your computer password then a comma, then the 6 digit number code in your DUO app on your phone. It should look something like this: Brewers!,123456
- If it doesn’t work at first, please try refreshing the DUO code and then trying again
- One thing to remember for VPN, make sure to always reset your computer password as soon as you get the notification that it will expire soon. If it expires and then you try to VPN, it will not work, and we in IT are unable to fix it until the next time you’re on Kriete WIFI
- Docuphase Login
- Your username will be KGTRUCK.firstname.lastname
- For your first log in you should receive a new user email with a link to follow in order to set up your password
