Where TDP used to have a simple user ID and password login, they have upped their security to not only include MFA but also tie to a user email. This email is not your Kgtruck email, it is one that TDP has created for you based on your user ID, for instance if your user ID used to be XN12345, you now use XN12345@ext.volvogroup.com as your username.
Your password should remain the same, however if it hasn't been changed in a little while they may also prompt you to create a new one. One thing to note, when you are logging in OR when you are resetting your password you should be using that @ext.volvogroup.com email, not your kgtruck.com email.
With the new landing page there have been some glitches so if you encounter an error after trying to log in please check the following:
- Clear your cache/cookies
- Clear your browser setting (all time)
- Make sure your password meets their requirements as it doesn't always warn you when it doesn't
- For reference the requirements are 14 characters long, and contains 3/4 of the following (Uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters)
One final thing I'd like to note, at this time their support center, which I will be linking below, is still using the old login method, so if you are having problems with the new version, you should still be able to submit a ticket into their support! Customer Service Portal - Customer Support
