We're getting reports of Asist emails suddenly getting blocked by Proofpoint, I'm still waiting on confirmation from Asist's support team but from what I can gather on our end, it seems that Asist may have recently changed their email server IPs, or something similar that would cause our system to start recognizing them as unsafe. We've taken steps to rectify this in the short term, but I need Asist to send me their new information before things can go back to 100%. I just initiated a mass release of the emails that were blocked so far. Going forward, with Proofpoint you are able to follow the link titled "Release" on the Proofpoint Digest email that informs you of a quarantined email and release it yourself as well!
